Delivery charge and estimate

Standard delivery is available to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations.

Standard shipping costs $5.99 per order. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 3–6 business days, making the total estimate 4–8 business days.

Delivery estimates describe handling and transit separately. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order cutoff

The order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders after the cutoff enter the next business-day handling window. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery details

Check your contact information and delivery address before placing an order. Standard shipping is a flat charge, with no free-shipping tier. Any applicable sales tax and the full total are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking an order

Use Track My Order with your order details to view available shipment updates. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Contact customer care if an expected update has not appeared.

Delays or incorrect details

Contact support@vaultloom.com with your order reference if you notice an address error or need help with delivery. We will check the order before confirming a change. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will explain the revised date and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Destinations and dispatch

We deliver to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. APO/FPO addresses, US territories and international destinations are not supported.

Orders ship from the fulfillment location assigned for each order. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment.
